Cathy Chen is a licensed trustee in bankruptcy with 10 years of professional experience in the areas of personal and commercial bankruptcy, receivership and commercial reorganization.  Cathy has in-depth experience with risk management review, forensic accounting investigation and receiverships and bankruptcy assignments. Cathy has extensive consulting business experiences for internal and external clients in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, manufacturing, telecommunication, real estate, tourism, and professional service sector.

Currently Cathy oversees our consumer proposal services in the Toronto area and consults with individuals experiencing financial difficulties, advising them on their available options.

Cathy holds a Master of Business Administration Degree with a specialization in financial management and operations management from Schulich School of Business, York University.  Cathy is also a Certified Public Accountant in the United States.
