John A Fisher (AKA Jack), CMA, CIRP (Chartered Insolvency & Restructuring Professional), has been a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy since 1979. Jack works from our Oshawa office but also visits the other offices to carry out the assessments for bankrupts when they sign up for personal bankruptcy.
Jack has extensive experience in personal bankruptcies, consumer proposals, corporate bankruptcies and receiverships. Jack worked for Ernst & Young in Toronto for 15 years, dealing with corporate insolvencies of all sizes.
Jack is a charter member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Professionals (1979). Over the years, Jack has serverd on several committees in the Association. Since 1976, Jack has been involved in service work for the community through membership in the Lions Club.
Jack has a full range of experience to deal with all insolvency matters.
