Doug Wiley, CA, graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1975, obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1977, and completed the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professional program (CAIRP) in 1984.
Doug began working with Lawson Fisher & Associates in 1989, becoming part of the A. Farber family in 2008. He is an Estate Manager in our Belleville, Trenton, Napanee and Picton offices. Prior to his association with the firm, Doug worked for Ernst & Young, a national accounting firm, in their insolvency division.
Doug works extensively in the bankruptcy and insolvency area dealing with individuals and small businesses experiencing financial difficulties. He has a wide range of experience dealing with all insolvency matters. Doug is also a partner in the chartered accounting firm of Welch & Company LLP, providing auditing and accounting services to a diverse owner-managed client base.
