We've recently received a testimonial concerning Graeme and our Hamilton office:
I had the occasion to deal with Graeme Whitehead over the last week for reasons that I am not proud of to say the least.
Graeme made my visits and transaction very comfortable and relaxed in this stressful situation for me. With the phone conversation I had with [Jennifer Patterson] from his office prior to our meeting I was put at great ease in relation to my situation.
I had done research prior to seeing Graeme, and had a conversation with another trustee, that left me in a great deal of concern, stress and worry. This was not the case with your staff. We [were] able to laugh about the situation in manner of speaking.
Your company should be rather proud of Graeme and his staff for the way they were able to reach out and deal with these situations. In most cases they are not only embarrassing for the people involved, but are usually in a state of financial desperation.
I believe good work should be recognized. And in this case I felt very good about the service and care I received.
