Your Hamilton Debt Solution Professionals Can Help You!

Graeme Whitehead Trustee in Bankruptcy responsible for our Hamilton

Graeme Whitehead, your professional in Hamilton, will explain all the options available to help you get out of financial difficulty.

The options available to you to assist in managing your debt load, include:

A consumer proposal is an agreement between you and your creditors to pay them a portion of what you owe them, sometimes as little as 30%, in full settlement.

Credit counseling is an option, but only if you can pay off the ENTIRE amount of your debt over several years.

Many people are fearful of this option as it is not well understood. For those people who have no assets and no discretionary income, this may be the best solution.

Debt consolidation is an option only if you are able to get a NEW loan, but this is often difficult if you have been missing debt repayments.

Should you choose a Consumer Proposal or Bankruptcy, these services can only be provided by Trustee licensed by The Federal Government. A.Farber has been licensed for over 35 years.

Hamilton, Ontario: Your community. (click to expand)

Hamilton is located in Southern Ontario on the western end of the Niagara Peninsula and wraps around the westernmost part of Lake Ontario. Most of the city, including the downtown section, is on the south shore. Hamilton is situated in the geographic centre of Ontario’s “Golden Horseshoe” and is roughly the midway point between Toronto, Ontario and Buffalo, New York. Its major physical features are Hamilton Harbour, marking the northern limit of the city, and the stunning Niagara Escarpment, running through the middle of the city across its entire breadth, bisecting Hamilton into “upper” and “lower” sections.

In 2013 over 2,500 people in the Hamilton area filed a consumer proposal or bankruptcy with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada. A. Farber & Partners is pleased to offer the community of Hamilton consumer proposal and bankruptcy trustee services.
