What are my duties if I go bankrupt?

What Are My Duties If I Go BankruptEach month that you are bankrupt, you will need to send to your Bankruptcy Trustee a copy of your pay statement as well as a monthly budget.

You need to attend two credit counselling sessions during the process. You will also have to give your Trustee the information needed for them to file your taxes. For other duties, please speak to your Trustee.

I am sending you this letter in appreciation for the service I received. I spoke with Laurie Garvin, who went over and above what was expected of her. Even when I was not at my emotional best she spoke to me with great understanding and was truly professional, caring, and understanding.

I appreciate everything you've done, and if I know anyone needing similar help (I hope not), I will definitely refer them to A. Farber and Partners.
