The firm is seeking a Debt Solutions Administrator (DSA) to support the Trustee/leader of the Asian Community Practice. This individual should be proactive and passionate about their contribution to the firm. The individual must be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Preparing documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence
Obtaining all proper supporting information and documentation to ensure a proper, efficient administration of the file (including, but not limited to income and other tax
filings, asset realizations)
Responding in a timely manner to ongoing queries and requests from creditors and debtors
Liaising with the administration team, including, but not limited to, assisting with obtaining information, documentation and following up on complex issues where input and interpretation are requested
Other duties as may be required
High School Diploma
Post-secondary College or University education, with strong emphasis on business is preferred
3 years of related office experience in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge, Skills and Ability
Excellent proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Prior demonstrated customer service experience
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to organize workloads and multi task effectively
Excellent communication skills, including spelling, grammar, proofreading/editing skills to compose letters, memos, and to speak effectively with clients, staff and other third parties
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), with the ability to learn other software quickly where required, such as Ascend
Prior experience in the Insolvency industry would be considered an asset
