Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our Sheppard office for approximately 2 months. The hours of work would be from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 530pm. You will be assisting the Human Resources department with the implementation of their Performance Management process in their newly acquired HRIS, Microsoft Dynamics.


Major Responsibilities 

  • Scanning documents in relation to Farber’s Performance Management process

  • Entering employee data in relation to the Performance Management process, such as 2018 goals

  • Filing documents in order to manage and keep them up to date

  • Other duties as may be required



  • High School Diploma

  • Enrolled in or recent grad from a post-secondary University or College Human Resources program



  • No minimum years of experience required

  • Organizational skills to manage and prioritize workload

  • Good communication skills to speak effectively with staff and other third parties

  • Interpersonal skills to deal with team members and staff

  • Strong computer skills, using Microsoft Outlook & Word

  • Ability to learn new software quickly
