Lorraine is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee who has been licensed for 28 years. She has almost 40 years of professional experience in the insolvency industry. Lorraine believes that the goal of a financial professional in an insolvency practice is to provide consumers with advice on the importance of developing good money management skills and proper use of credit. Lorraine’s extensive experience combined with her amicable and considerate nature, makes people feel more comfortable discussing their difficult debt issues so she can help them on the road to recovery. Lorraine will focus her expertise on helping people in Farber’s Mississauga, Milton, South Etobicoke and Brampton offices.
Lorraine has been a frequent guest speaker on AM640 Radio’s Expert Hour discussing insolvency matters. She has also participated in Financial Literacy Week for United Way, giving presentations to assist newcomers to Canada. Lorraine recently presented to Big Brothers and Sisters and seniors’ groups.
Prior to joining Farber, Lorraine worked for BDO, Ernst and Young, and Collins Barrow providing financial recovery services.
In her spare time, Lorraine likes to participate in charitable fundraising events, including Run for the Cure and Mud Hero’s.
